The petition

To Airzone Clima, S.L. (Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía, Calle Marie Curie 21, 29590 Campanillas, Málaga, Spain).

We are Airzone customers who bought zoned climate-control systems — in many cases for several thousand euros — where remote control via the Airzone Cloud app was part of the purchase. The sales documentation presented it as included: turning the system on and off, adjusting the temperature in each zone, and controlling everything from your phone, wherever you were.

Now Airzone has turned that remote control into a paid subscription: €48 a year (Plan Cloud), with 6 months free. Without a subscription, remote control is reduced to viewing only, and automations, history and integrations also become paid.

Airzone can charge for genuinely new features. What it can't do is charge you twice for what it already sold you.
